"Our first room was filthy, trash behind bed and all. The air did not work. When asked to be moved to a room with air they did.. which was a plus but then eneded up getting double charged for the room. Still fighting to get refunded for one of the charges."

Broken/cracked mirror, significant wall damage, some areas of the walls were not even painted, ripped screen on window, stained furniture, and the over all smell in the hotel was something we can’t even explain. Key cards stopped working 4 hours before check out. Bags of garbage sat in the hallways on the 2nd floor all day and into the evening. If it hadn’t been our son’s graduation and all hotels in the area weren’t booked we would have walked out. This room...

"It is a good hotel and I would consider staying there again. I have two complaints; the first is that the TV never really worked properly while we were there. It kept losing the signal. The second issue is that the housekeeper would blast his (bad) music while he was working. It was so loud that you could hear it down the hallway even with the room door closed. That definitely was not very relaxing."

"The hotel was quiet and the room was generally clean. The downside was the hallways smelled of cigarettes and an odd mix of food/spices that carried over to the rooms. I ended up purchasing an air freshener for our room. The pool was cold (79 degrees)."

"The hotel is dated and could use some updating for sure! The sheets were some of the roughest I have ever slept on! The A/C worked well, Thank God because it was HOT out! We didn’t get the room I paid for but the front desk help was Awesome!!"

"Had to help ourselves to the housekeeper’s cart because we were only provided one bath towel (two if you count the used one hanging on the shower) for four people…needed a fresh bar of soap since we didn’t want to use the one left over from the previous guests. The toilet ran all night. It’s fine if you’re in a pinch to find a room."
