"Our first room was filthy, trash behind bed and all. The air did not work. When asked to be moved to a room with air they did.. which was a plus but then eneded up getting double charged for the room. Still fighting to get refunded for one of the charges."

Broken/cracked mirror, significant wall damage, some areas of the walls were not even painted, ripped screen on window, stained furniture, and the over all smell in the hotel was something we can’t even explain. Key cards stopped working 4 hours before check out. Bags of garbage sat in the hallways on the 2nd floor all day and into the evening. If it hadn’t been our son’s graduation and all hotels in the area weren’t booked we would have walked out. This room...

"It is a good hotel and I would consider staying there again. I have two complaints; the first is that the TV never really worked properly while we were there. It kept losing the signal. The second issue is that the housekeeper would blast his (bad) music while he was working. It was so loud that you could hear it down the hallway even with the room door closed. That definitely was not very relaxing."

"Had to help ourselves to the housekeeper’s cart because we were only provided one bath towel (two if you count the used one hanging on the shower) for four people…needed a fresh bar of soap since we didn’t want to use the one left over from the previous guests. The toilet ran all night. It’s fine if you’re in a pinch to find a room."

"did not have the breakfast. sheets were stained but the staff was helpful. Gave us clean one we changed . No floor mat for the shower. AC kind of worked."

"If you’re looking for a place with good rooms, a convenient location to the downtown area and professional and courteous staff. Then I recommend this place 10 out of 10. Also one of the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Can’t forget to shout out to our receptionist Rory. She was a great help during this stay."

"Cafe was under construction so we couldn't use it but continental breakfast was great. Everything was within walking distance. Every staff member was amazing and so helpful, especially the girl that checked us out and the young mam that check us in. Kind of a quirky unique hotel but fun."

"Unfortunately we didn’t get the room we booked—-booked the king and “double sofa bed”. Got a room with just a sofa-didn’t pull out like the description and photos. Uncomfortable sleep for 4 people. We got in late and wanted to eat-but they told us the portions were small and suggested we find something else. Buffalo Wild Wings and Raising Kane’s were a few blocks away-so we did that which it was a fine night for walking. Parking is $15/night - I didn’t see that before booking, only in an email...
