Location was great. Airport shuttle every 20 mins, so that was good. Room clean and good size (I was in Junior Suite). "free" bottle of water. Breakfast buffet was good with a lot of options so something for everyone really. - Staff were all good to deal with. The only issue I had was after the hotel wrote to me to see if I needed anything, I responded 3 times but never did get any responses.

Very fast checkin, quiet hotel, room was spacious, beds were very comfortable. In room coffee machine had tasty European coffee & espresso pods, plus REAL cream. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The free shuttle to Frankfurt airport runs 24 hours a day and made it very convenient to get to/from hotel. Terrific attention to detail made for an excellent stay.

Stayed the night before my flight. Was a little disappointed, just to realise at arrival that none of the self service machines was working. So I had to cue… The room was tiny, but very clean. Bathroom was very dark, few of the bulbs on the ceiling were broken. But the main thing that got me worried, the lock was broken. As a woman travelling by myself, that was a bit worrying. The shuttle service to the airport is very frequent and quick, major advantage for this hotel.
