"Came to Fenton for a tournament & this was hotel the organization partnered with. The hotel smelled like wet dog & skunk. It was very humid inside. We get to the room & the electrical outlet between the beds was loose. Plugging in a phone charger turned the light on. The bathroom light switch is hidden behind towels & they don't tell you. We waited an hour for maintenance to tell us where it was. The wall had cleaner or something on it that wasn't wiped off. The shower wasn't cleaned & had hair in it. The fridge wasn't cold. There were 3 of us & only 2 towels. All they would give us were 2 towels. One of us had to use hand towels to dry off. Hot water only lasted a few minutes at the shower head, but using the faucet it was hot. I never knew if it was going to turn freezing cold or scalding hot or when (2 or maybe 5 minutes into my shower). No toilet paper or soap. The bathroom floor was sticky. Throughout our stay any time we went to the desk about something they always had an excuse. One key card never got activated & the employee said it got demagnetized in a wallet & didn't activate it. The card didn't work to start with. At breakfast my daughter over flowed her bowl with dry cereal (it wasn't much) & the employee tossed a wet rag in front of me on the counter & never said a word. The pool could've been cleaner. The air in the room was good but that's about all. Would not recommend staying here."
