"Unfortunately we were told we had been upgraded to two bedroom chalets instead of the modern three bedroom villa we had originally booked for our group. This wasn’t an upgrade as the chalets are much older and the facilities weren’t as nice, although we did have more room. This change had not been communicated to us beforehand and as a group going away together, having the shared space we had booked was more of what we were after rather than two seperate buildings.
