We had texted the number of the management and they responded very quickly. We were offered another cabin, but we did not want to pack up and move in...

"No hot water the first night. Mini fridge was not cold. No plugs in drains in bathtub or sink.
No pool or breakfast area. No coffee pot in room nor in the building. Some sort of air freshener that deployed through the AC system, although it was a pleasant smell it was so strong your eyes would water.
What’s will let us go back is the extremely polite, respectful, and helpful staff. You could not ask for a better manager on site!"
