"Communication was fast and we requested early check in but they said NO. Understood. When I asked for property access details night before and got response saying they will provide few hours before check in. We didn’t get anything about property access and we were waiting at building to get access! Never seen anyone doesn’t provide access details before 24 hours!we had to ask cleaners to get someone to help us."

"When we arrived we found the room was full of dust ( above the closet , the dresser and even the blankets were dusty). The elevator was out of the service all the time. The WiFi doesn’t work. The only thing that was working was the AC. It’s near to the Roma Termini and 30 min walk to the center of Rome. There’s no reception so you have to WhatsApp the person in charge of this place. "This is one of the best places- proximity to historical sights is close, the rooms are modern and comfy. Great AC! The host communication was excellent and generous! Spacious and modern rooms. The price for what you receive was wonderful. From the outside you wouldn’t expect it to be what it is so follow host instructions closely. 5 out of 5 stars"

"Das Apartment ist hübsch sauber und ganz modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist toll und es gibt wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Die Kommunikation war am Ende ganz toll und einfach Hand zu haben. Wir hatten nur das Pech, das bei Expedia erst die falsche Adresse genannt wurde . Das hat dann kurzfristig zu einem Missverständnis geführt.
