"The cleanliness of the room was ok, and the staff was very nice. Property looked well maintained. But the key got stuck almost every time I entered the room, there was a huge draft that came through the door, the bed was hard, the pillows were super thin. But for the price, I can forgive that. But there was no hot water in the shower and the heating cooling unit either had it freezing cold or boiling hot, no in between. Not going back. "

"I have been in this area a lot and never gave any attention to the hotel. I am moving out of my apartment that is a few miles away and did not like the look or reputation of several hotels in the area. I did book another cheaper hotel in the area. My wive was very uncomfortable with what she had heard, and possibly saw in the parking lot. When we got to our room, she really did not feel save or comfortable. "Very clean quiet & professional "

"Room was fine, bed was comfortable, sink in bathroom was very small, desk area as we came into the room looked like it had spots of something that spilled on it, but it was where the laminate had been burned off or melted by something in many places. Room was clean ed daily and we received fresh towels, etc. Breakfast was not good as far as eggs and sausage. After the first day we just ate toast or cereal. That definitely needs some changes."

"Arrived at 11:00 PM after a long day. Two clerks at front desk. One doing paperwork and one taking 15 minutes to check in one family ahead of me. Other clerk ignored me and the fellow waiting behind me. This other person should have put off what he was doing and helped us instead of Malibu's wait 15 minutes. "
