"Beware of price gouging. We booked a non-refundable one night room six months in advance to coincide with a cruise out of Vancouver for an extremely high price. They only offer non-refundable reservations. I checked the price a week before our arrival and the price was less than half the original cost. The hotel certainly has the right to do that, and I will exercise my right to NEVER stay at one of their properties again."

"Lovely hotel, well staffed and featured free valet parking and snacks in the room We loved the saltwater pool, and the gym was clean and well equipped. The location overall is good but it is in a slightly awkward location due to the road configuration in the area. You do need a car although it's close to 2 skytrain stations, it's not in a fun walking neighbourhood."

"This is a room in a family home. The family was wonderfully helpful, but this was not what we were expecting and so didn’t stay the entire time. However, the host was wonderful about refunding our 2nd night when he didn’t have to do so. Very clean and in a safe neighborhood."

"Alles in allem in Ordnung. Ich habe lediglich eine Übernachtung gebucht ohne Abendessen oder Frühstück und musste auch morgens relativ früh los. Die Klimaanlage ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man muss beachten, dass sie sehr laut ist und an der Anlage selber durch öffnen einer Klappe abgeschaltet oder verstellt werden kann. Der Shuttle Service hat wunderbar geklappt."

"Expedia acts as an email intermediary between the guest and the user, and if their application doesn't work properly, you have major problems because the guest can't contact you, nor can you contact them. It was a challenge, but we were able to solve it without Expedia."

"The staff was very nice and helpful at all times, the room was spotless and the hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and the airport. A most do again. Thanks specially to the front desk staff for everything."

"It was an ok stay. Staff was generally courteous. I am dealing with a 16month injury and am on walker and they put us in pretty unfriendly room for someones whos disabled so I wish they would've reacted accordingly when they saw me. We were in a rush to get to a wedding so I didn't fuss with requesting a room change for one night. There was also a constant dripping noise that woke us up at 4am so that wasn't great Food was good for a free breakfast and the coffee was great. I likely won't go...

"Overall the hotel was as expected, it was clean, the rooms were well furnished and have all you would need for a stay in a hotel (coffee, soap, breakfast, free parking). Only thing about the free parking is that spaces are limited, so you might need to park elsewhere for the night (or until a spot opens up), but there are plenty of spots nearby."
