"Shuttle message stated was every 45 minutes but front desk said it was every 30 minutes on the hour. Lounge meal was the worst we’ve had, wings were overcooked & fries cold. Breakfast buffet was excellent."

"While our room was fine, the customer service was horrible. We were refused airport shuttle pick up from airport and when I used the lobby restroom while we waited for our room to be ready, there were no towels to dry hands in and I was told there were no towels. I told her to call housekeeping and she refused. She gave me a box of tissues."

"Friendly staff. Free Airport shuttle was convenient. Driver came quickly after a phone call at the airport exit. Check-in was quick. Clean room and comfortable beds. Microwave is in a common area but not inside the room. Pool was nice but hot tub was out of order when we were there. Great location for food and shopping. Sky train is across the street for a downtown trip. There is a walking path by the river. Great hotel over all."
