"Just checked out today! Mercure Koln West Hotel exceeded my expectations. Front office staff had been precise and helpful arranging room on my request. Room and toilet are clean. "The location is fantastic . I worked US hours and then went out every night at 11:00 pm to eat and drink with friends. It is across the street from the train and also a lot of bars and restaurants. The hotel is good but the WiFi is not great. I asked to be on a top floor and worked off my phone. "
