Sahel during the day shift and Mohamad and Ali on the night shift went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, and their kindness ❤️ truly made our stay memorable. "The owner went completely out of his way by finding me a cab, walking me outside to show me where to catch the cab, suggest tourist sights, etc My room was very clean and completely adequate. Loved the location (proximity to the touristy promenade full of shops & restaurants plus Taksim Square was perfect). Very impressed! I would definitely stay there again!"

"The location was great; few minutes walk from Taksim square and Istiklal steer. The are was safe and full of clubs, local shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The room was spacious, clean with comfortable bed and clean bathroom with powerful hot shower. The staff was excellent with good communication with management team who were very helpful and around to sort out any concerns. Peaceful stay and highly recommend."
