"Hotel des Arts Montmartre had the friendliest & most helpful staff of any hotel we stayed at during our time in Paris. Their level of service truly went above & beyond. One staff member (Nehemiah) actually hopped into our car to help us locate a nearby parking garage, & another kindly offered us breakfast items before the official breakfast service began (we had to race to catch an early morning airport transfer, & they even made sure to give us a small gift upon checking out). "There was food left in the refrigerator from a previous guest. There were two clean bath towels left each day, replacing two soiled ones. However on my third day one dirty towel was left behind and only one clean towel was left.No a/c on night 3 and my room had no functioning windows. The room became extremely warm. I had expected more since Expedia gave it a 9.4 rating."
