"Hotel is stylish and clean. Staff is helpful. Location is very convenient There’s one down side - if you are assigned to a room in the ‘mezzanie’ floor, you will have to carry your luggage walking a few stairs up and down. It wasn’t too bad, but it would be ideal if I have been told this - not everyone is fit enough to lift large suitcase to walk up stairs."

"It's a 20 second lift ride and a 1 minute walk from reception to the terminal and that is worth every penny! On top of that, the rooms are large, well-equipped and modern. My bed was amazing and I'd still be in it now if I didn't have to fly home! My room had a great view of the ATC tower and runway activity, which is great for an AvGeek like me. I didn't eat there but I saw a selection of delicious-looking meals being delivered by the room service robot, Jeeves. The Sky Bar was a perfect place for a cold drink and a smoke in the sun and it killed quite a few hours. It was my first time at a Sheraton and I can't say anything bad about it at all. Top marks!"

"Wow, what a great place to stay. Carolina, Jesus, Maria and others were just wonderful at the bar. Loved the room, very cool shower and comfortable bed. The Latin Night at the bar was so fun...we really enjoyed it. Carolina and Maria were there at the end to help us with drinks and get us a cab. Absolutely loved it, and will come again."
