"Great hotel just don’t get the room overlooking pool noisy and they must leave the music on at night somewhere down stairs we could hear it all night. Plus freeway noisy that side of hotel. Other wise great staff, held the baggage until room ready, food nearby walking distance. Check out a breeze. Free Shuttle from airport and a paid shuttle to cruise ship. Worked great!"

"The room didn’t have a key it smell and when ask to be move the other rooms smell like weed i ended up leaving and getting a room somewhere else and lost my money from the room, it was a very unpleasant hotel "

"Our room view was great. But our room was not taken care of properly. I didn't like the sound of the air conditioner, or the temperature control. We had to request toilet paper after 2 days, we also didn't have a trash can for 2 days and had to find a housekeeper to get one, and we had a problem with ordering food service because the phone didn't work 1 day. Beside these, we also ran out of shower soap the last 3 days, so we used ours and had to request water and sugar for our coffee. Additioally, we didn't like the way the pool water looked at times. It seemed to be cloudy to me. Staff was great though. "

"This was the LOUDEST hotel with the THINNEST walls and floors I've ever stayed in. It sounded like the people above us were sliding furniture and dropping things on the floor throughout the entire night, and there was some unidentifiable vibrating/whirring throughout the night that sounded like the elevator working, but we were nowhere near the elevator. Additionally, the air conditioning in our room only worked if the fan was set to High, which caused something in the unit to rattle horribly (again, loudest hotel ever). When we set the unit to Low or Auto, it wouldn't turn on at all. We finally slept with no AC at all. When I called the front desk, their only solution was for us to let someone come into our room (at 9:30 at night when our kids were already dressed for bed) to look at it. When I asked if there was another room we could move to, I was told they only had a room with a king bed (there were four of us). I called back and asked if there were two rooms we could split and move into, and I was told I could not be helped because I refused to let someone come into the room to look at the AC unit. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told they would be available in the morning. I asked how that would help us sleep tonight, and the front desk clerk said, "So you can get a discount." This response made it clear they thought I was just trying to get a discount (I was not), and they had no interest in actually helping me solve the problem."
