"It’s a very good located hotel with self check in. Unfortunately, despite it was indicated it’s non-smoking, our studio was extremely stinky. We reported it right away and were told that they would bring air-freshener next day (though I don’t know how it’s possible to get rid of the cigarette smell with an air freshener when the smell is sitting in the textile of curtains, sofa etc). "Apartamento súper bien ubicado justo en la plaza circular. Estuvimos en las fiestas de Bilbao y nos tocó un escenario frente a nuestro alojamiento. Somos una familia de 4 y todos somos adultos y muy cómodo porque son 2 recámaras cada una con su baño. Está recién renovado, Todo funciona, el precio es alto pero el lugar lo super vale. Lo recomiendo ampliamente!!!"
