Convenient location to lively nightlife, restaurants, etc yet no right on the corner and rooms are away from the street so they are *quiet* at night. "

"Staff members were great, super friendly and helpful, our room was beautiful with a balcony to the pool, nice cold AC when you needed, the pool was nice kept clean, breakfast was great every day with some fruit and even dessert, the hotel is well located with a safe place to park your car a few blocks away and a few food options right next to the hotel, overall great place to stay to experience Cartagena for a few days."

Vanaf het moment van inchecken, bij het ontbijt, elk moment van begroeten en uitchecken. Iedereen is even vriendelijk en oprecht, bijna jammer dat dit opvalt toch? Het zwembad is een maand in onderhoud, maar vooraf kreeg ik al een bericht en bij het inchecken werden er zelf al alternatieven aangeboden met excuses. Zeer goed aangepakt. "My stay at Mood Matuna was amazing and made my birthday trip feel perfect. Before I arrived, Maria, Daniel, and the rest of the staff communicated with me through WhatsApp and helped with transportation, decorations, breakfast, excursions, dinner reservations, water, ice, and the sunset cruise. They answered every question with patience and kindness and never made me feel like I was asking too much. The birthday decorations were beautiful and looked even better in person.
