"Great location in Ginza for a pretty decent price. Nice amenities. Rooms were tiny, to be expected. Around the corner from the local train station and 10-15 min walk to the large Tokyo Station. Staff were very helpful."

"The location is great I’d think no other hotels with such a reasonable price could compete with Tobu Hotel. One other surprise is there is a symphony hall next to the hotel. Music lovers will enjoy it as well."

"It was in a very good location for us, as we arrived to Tokyo station, about 15 minutes walk. And left from the hotel to Narita airport, taking the direct metro, only few minutes walk from the hotel. Good bread, coffee and hot chocolate offered for breakfast. Confortable bed."

From the moment I arrived, the staff provided excellent customer service, they were welcoming, attentive, and truly made me feel taken care of throughout my entire stay. The food was incredible. I highly recommend including the breakfast option because it was delicious and such a great way to start the day. Dinner was just as amazing, with high-quality dishes that exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights was definitely the onsen experience—it was so relaxing and beautifully maintained. All of the amenities were top-tier, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience."

"Room was cleaned but had dust below tv and inside the clothes walking cabinets and doors. Breakfast at Denny’s was ok but could have been better. I wished I had not included breakfast while I was there. I booked two twin rooms for my family was booked under same name my name still they put me two different floors even when I asked for the same floor."

"Cleanliness was top tier. Temperature in the building was great! Staff was very accommodating. Close to a few local metro stations. Great capsule place to stay, size of capsule was big enough for me (5ft 11in, 265lb) to stay in and sleep. The only downside is that the sizes of they're lounge wear goes up to XL (Large U.S.). Would definitely stay there again."
