"This was the perfect hotel for us to wind down our time in Japan. The room was wonderful as it had a seating area for us to relax and the beds -2 bunks and 2 queens fit our entire group very comfortably. The convenience to public transport was incredibly easy, though we preferred to walk to most all of the sites we wanted to see. It was a great location to see so many parts of the city! Would highly recommend."

"A great bargain in Tokyo. Yes, the rooms are small, and although I had a double bed I wouldn't recommend that particular room for two people. But staff was friendly, there was a good buffet breakfast with both Japanese and Western choices, metro was literally right next door, and coffee and tea were available for much of the day. There was also a nice little library with books about various aspects of Japan."

"I had a great stay at this hotel! It’s very clean and family-friendly, and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout our visit. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for a short stay for a family of four. The location is also very convenient — especially if you’re traveling back to Narita Airport, as the T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) is just a short walk away. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to families visiting Tokyo"

"We are a family of 4 and recently stayed in the Grand Japanese room and it was great. Had plenty of space which is rare in Japan. Was also close within a few minutes walking to the train station as well as restaurants. Had a Lawson downstairs and two other supermarkets across the road. In a quiet neighbourhood also. I would highly recommend."
