"The room was ok in terms of cleanliness. Facilities were average and a party of 3 had to share 2 mugs!! Even though the room was equipped with a washing machine, the container of laundry detergent was empty. Will not stay at Legatio Hataka if I revisit Fukuoka!!"

"The property is in an excellent location near Hakata station and right beside Canal city. There is an convenience store about 5min away. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. One thing to remember is paying the tourist tax. Bring smaller change or be ready to pay it with credit card at check-in."

"We stayed in the triple bed room and it was spacious and comfortable.
The check in process was a bit tedious as we were not provided the information needed, ahead of time. There is no front desk or staff present, we had to call an operator for the information. Otherwise, check in wasn’t too bad.
Each person had an amenity kit and pair of slippers waiting. The toilet and shower were in separate spaces. The surrounding area is very quiet but not unsafe. Approx 15 minute walk from subway or 5...

"The staff and service are superb, the rooms are spacious, and all the amenities you need are available. The showers are fantastic and don’t leak! Overall, it was an extraordinarily good stay and excellent value."
"It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and there were several eating places steps away and across the street. Lawsons right next door. Big department stores right down the street so it was in a very convenient area. The hotel room was very spacious and clean. There was an ironing press and some kind of washing machine in the room (instructions in Japanese and we didn't need it so we didn't inquire). The staff were polite, cheerful, and very helpful when we asked questions. They spoke English. There was coffee, water, and all kinds of free amenities in the lobby like room slippers, shower caps, etc. "
"Hakata train station is right across the street. There is a Ichiran in the nest building. Clean. Convenient. Staff was very nice. Walking distance to canal shops. "
