"Most of the staff was okay, not too friendly, like other Hotels. A few of the staff you can tell that they genuinely like people but some you can tell they were simply following protocol, no warmness to their greetings AT ALL. They did share that it was a Starbucks and breakfast in the am. Well....its not really a Starbucks...they just have 2 Starbucks coffee carafe. "I did like the hotel was recently renovated, but the cleanliness of the carpet in the four year of the hotel was not well kept. Trash, overflowing by the elevator and by the eating areas."

"The breakfast was consistently the same each of the 3 mornings we stayed. The pool looked like it needing cleaning and the exercise equipment seemed a little confusing to use. The front door staff was extremely helpful to all requests and greeted us with warmth and quality every day!"

"The hallway and elevators smelled bad. Poorly lit. The floors on the 3rd floor was cracking and making sounds. We stayed from Thursday to Monday and no one cleaned our room or got us clean towels. We really really had a bad experience it was extremely frustrating I did not get my money’s worth. I would not recommend this hotel to no one"

"The bed was fine. Towels were stained. The curtains were covered with incredibly gross looking stains. I'm glad I wasn't murdered here, because with all of the dna left behind by other people, they'd never be able to figure out which one was the murder. "Pool is all broke and not open. Breakfast is coffee and bagged things you have to ask the staff for. Junk laying all around the property. Needs a big big update. Best thing I can say is Staff was amazing an there were no bugs."
