"This place with the address 101 Diemer Drive for Extended Stay America was really dirty compared to the other Extended Stay America over at 500 Diemer Drive which was just across the parking lot. It had roaches and bugs and all. There were glue traps that were down to catch them and all. I was really concerned about my dog catching fleas and such. Plus the dog fees were outrageous to the tune of $173 on top of the average price of like $650 per week. Then they were having to come in every week...

"The only okay I gave was for the maintenance of the property, this was due to the outside of the property where the parking lot could use an update & there was some water problem where trucks were parked, so hopefully they were trying to address the issue, but giant puddles of what smelled like sewage."

"booked this hotel for my 41st birthday.Its near my favorite seafood spot, blue claw!!! Now I booked this property because of the many amenities that the property offers . The property is supposed to have a pool , elevator, and microwave . Upon arriving to the property I was faced with my 1st slap in the face . The elevator doesn’t work ! Now mind you I’m partially handicapped recovering from a knee injury.So when I heard elevator isn’t in order i immediately asked for a room on the 1st floor...

"We stayed at this hotel last week with family. The staff was very rude, and the room service was also really bad. Even the breakfast had almost nothing available except pancakes. That’s why I would give it only 1 or 2 out of 10. Please think twice before booking this hotel. Thank you."

"Its an extended stay so people around look homely. You can smell marijuana in certain parts of the hallway. Couches were rupped and stained and need to be replaced. Had to call down for remotes for the bedrooms(2 bedroom suite) Staff was nice, room was clean and size of rooms were decent. Was on top floor so didmt have to worry about noise on top of us although the doors slam really hard so you can hear that. Full kitchen was clutch. "
