"Great room, great location! Our room was quiet. We especially appreciated the spacious kitchen area with full refrigerator, the pool, the fitness center, and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. Parking was easy, and the front desk staff were always helpful. Good variety of breakfast items and a very pleasant, bright, uncrowded tables area. We love this place!"

"Llegamos a las 3.30 y aunque el check-in es a las 3pm la habitación no estaba limpia, e igual cuando nos la entregaron la alfombra tenía suciedad. La limpieza se hace de día por medio sin embargo en nuestra estadía les tocaba llegar un día y no lo hicieron. El desayuno con poca variedad. "

"Stayed here for 3 days and I had excellent service from the first day to the last. Lily at the front desk was so very helpful and super nice. The second day my key don’t work so they sent up someone to give me a new key. The pool was nice and the manager brought out two piles of clean and warm towels for us to use. Housekeeping was immaculate and very attentive. Would stay here any time I am in the area"

"The front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, they did not have support staff on duty. Our bathroom and the bathroom of our friends were clogged. There was no one on duty to help. The front desk offered a plunger and towels to deal with overflow for ourselves. Thankfully, they were able to give us another room. Our friends, however, got a knock on the door at 5am when the handyman showed up to unclog the toilet. "

"They over charged me 2 times they took a deposit 2 times again 2 times that’s wrong !!! U don’t say your gimme give the money back and then don’t at that charge me double the deposit."

"As we entered the property we looked around for the restaurant and bar that was listed there was seating at a bar, no staff, except the front desk employee. Did not appear to be any beverages in the cooler. When we got to our room, the room beside us had an eviction notice. Walked into our suit and the lamp shades had stains on them, the bathroom sink had hair and dirt all in it. When washing hands at bathroom sink sink was backed up and clogged. There was one trash can in the suit and it was a...

"The manager was very rude. I arrived around 4:30 pm with myself and family and there were no rooms available. He mentioned that I should’ve gotten there sooner and I would have a room. I told him by me coming after the time of check in I should be guaranteed a room. He told me there was nothing he could do and that I had to wait. The front desk lady was accommodating. The breakfast was okay and morning staff was nice."
