"Easily one of the comfiest hotel beds I've ever slept in. The pillows were comfortable, the sheets and comforter were soft, and the night stands were the perfect distance from the bed, while not being too crowded by big phones or clocks. The room was nice and big with easy to set temperature, and the whole property was nice and quiet. There was a decent variety at breakfast (really tasty sausage) and the breakfast was different for the two mornings we were there, which was nice to see! Other...

"Very nice property.. My room was nice even tho I noticed a few hairs on the desk and bathroom counter but overall very cute .. The walls could’ve been made a lil thicker because you can easily hear the conversations before they made it to you door as well as being able to hear the ppl walk above you … I’m also confused about the additional $74 dollars added to my bill that I wasn’t made aware of ??? The bed was too comfy for me to make it to breakfast.. maybe next time lol Yes I have a few minor...

"The hotel staff were amazing, the place was clean and neat. The room was everything i had seen online through hu pictures and booking. The food was hot and fresh in the morning for breakfast. Everybody was respectful and friendly. Thank You for a great experience. "

"This place with the address 101 Diemer Drive for Extended Stay America was really dirty compared to the other Extended Stay America over at 500 Diemer Drive which was just across the parking lot. It had roaches and bugs and all. There were glue traps that were down to catch them and all. I was really concerned about my dog catching fleas and such. Plus the dog fees were outrageous to the tune of $173 on top of the average price of like $650 per week. Then they were having to come in every week...

"Its an extended stay so people around look homely. You can smell marijuana in certain parts of the hallway. Couches were rupped and stained and need to be replaced. Had to call down for remotes for the bedrooms(2 bedroom suite) Staff was nice, room was clean and size of rooms were decent. Was on top floor so didmt have to worry about noise on top of us although the doors slam really hard so you can hear that. Full kitchen was clutch. "

"Room was not cleaned adequately. Some small trash on floor; they must have used a dirty, wet rag on the stove and counter which left visible swirls; dirty bathroom sink with hair clippings all over it from a prior guest. Only reason was generous with 2 stars instead of 1 was because the bed appeared clean and was comfortable - for our one-night stay, this was most important factor."

"I was never told the pool hadn’t worked it 2 years and it shows on the website you should take that down that’s false advertisement and for a motel like this one with being part of Wyndham properties you should be ashamed of this please Dirty !! I’ll never return and I’ll make sure I let all my travel buddies to stay Clare of this propertie"

Il y avait beaucoup de bruit le matin genre à 7h, on dirait selon notre constat que des familles habitent ici pour du long terme . Mais pour un Inn ans out ce fut pratique j'y retournerais"

"The worst place I have ever stayed at very dirty mole everywhere on the ceiling. The curtains smelled like grease and stained on them. The floor was not swiping I can feel the stickiness and dust when walking. No ventilation so the smell of moisture kept me coughing and up both nights that my family was there. The staff was rude and was making a comment about he could have given the rooms to others since we weren’t checking in around 3pm even though I have paid and reserved the room months...

"The hotel needs updating. The room smelled of smoke. There was no hair dryer. Had to ask for one. Saw a few bugs. Shampoo only, no conditioner or lotion."

"The property is in need of updating. Our room the a/c ran cool never cold nor would it shut off the vents were broken out of it. The furniture was worn, the refrigerator was barely cold, the bathroom no stopper in the sink the was outdated lacking caulk around it and the caulk around the tub was molded."
