"We waited an entire month to receive our deposit back. During that time, we made multiple calls and were repeatedly given misleading information, including assurances that the refund was being processed when it was not. We even escalated the issue to corporate, but it ultimately took intervention from our bank to recover the funds. This level of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. "Every blanket had cigarette holes in them , the shower stalls were cracked open"

"Rooms were very, very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was only until 9am so I missed it. The only thing I didn’t like was the antiseptic spray that the room smelled like. It did dissipate after a few hours. Very convenient area to stay in."

Single coat, so you can see white specs bleeding through. The tile in front is the vanity for the bathroom mirror was cracked like something extremely heavy was smashed from on it.
