"We waited an entire month to receive our deposit back. During that time, we made multiple calls and were repeatedly given misleading information, including assurances that the refund was being processed when it was not. We even escalated the issue to corporate, but it ultimately took intervention from our bank to recover the funds. This level of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. "Upon arriving the lobby was nice. Tonight's surprise discovered that the AC was out in the building. When I asked how long it had been out I was told the day before which I later found out was untrue because later I looked at other sites reviews and discovered that the AC had been out for 4 days. They offer no compensation and told me that the only thing I could do was get a refund. They didn't even have free water at the least for the guess."
