"Always excellent"

"Complimentary breakfast was as expected. Meaning not very good. Please improve offerings and taste. Coffee tasted very watered down and not strong enough."

"Clean room but lights did not work. Free breakfast but not worth it. Restaurant and bar not open during the week. Just. Convenient for our purpose"

"Fun if youre looking for a historic stay. The restaurant staff and bar were fun and great vibes. They give you a $10 voucher for breakfast and I highly recommend you use it, the breakfast place was phenomenal."

"Good location. Basic accommodations. After reporting a malfunction in the unit staff relocated me to another room. Location and pricing its main attributes."

"There is no refrigerator in the rooms."

"Booked a year in advance. Initially they couldn’t find reservation. Wanted river view, claimed it was booked incorrectly and they couldn’t assist…..yet the hotel wasn’t fully booked. Getting in and out wasn’t timely and at now time did we feel like valued guests…..we won’t book again. PS~ This was our second stay. Our first the water was only hot. Repeatedly called, no help….. called following our stay and was blatantly disregarded. No one ever contacted us to discuss our concerns. ...

"The room was and perfect for our couples get away weekend. The jacuzzi tub did not work, so that was disappointing. Our room was right next to the event spaces (with indoor and outdoor), so Friday night was very loud. But, it was still a wonderful couples weekend and we will come back."

"Staff were fine and pleasant enough. The room however smelled like wet dog the entire weekend and there was a strange stain on the TV in the room, as if someone had thrown an egg at it and cleaned up everything but the stain itself. Also no easy way to get any water. Overall, an "eh" stay. It was a lot cheaper than other options and I was grateful for that. Still. Doesn't need to smell bad and we could be a bit more tidy. "You get what you pay for" is not a valid excuse in this case. It's just a...

"Excellent, clean and efficient. Really the only issue we had was seeing the signage from the road. We came in late and there was a hedge or tree blocking the sign. But a minor point. Great stay!"

"We spent 3+ days with this hotel and found the staff to be helpful, attentive and kind. The outside fire pit went out while I was sitting there and when I told the staff person not to worry, he insisted he would get it to light back up. - gas or propane type. Apparently he learned it had a timer so all fixed. When our tv/ remote wouldn’t work, they got right to figuring out the problem and solution. The room was clean, the beds and pillows comfy and the AC worked well. All kitchen needs were...

"Fabulous staff perfect location. Ammenties a bit old fashioned for $450 per night (no in room coffee, very small TV could read captions for early morning news). But overall I love this place and would go back especially during a less expensive time. The staff here are AMAZING!"

"The hotel was well maintained and the staff was very helpful"
