"We went to Tokyo on vacation recently and stayed here. Booked the property online and were very happy with it. The room is smaller than what we expected but it was in a beautiful neighborhood, close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The best part was the fact that its close to 2 train stations. Good for people who would explore the city through public transport. communication is amazing. Had an issue with faulty hair dryer and I was sent a new one the same day. "周りの環境や施設内の設備も良かったです。ただ残念なのは清掃です。ペット可の部屋に泊まったので覚悟はしていましたが、目で見てわかるくらい床に毛が落ちていたのが残念でした。入ってぐ備えつけのクイックルワイパーで掃除しまし。残念な点はそこだけです。 "
