When that happened we decided to go with the Hyatt Place Garden City and found the venue to be excellent and staff to be incredible. We were there for our daughter’s college graduation and had made arrangements to have a meal catered at the original location. While we were checking in, another guest was complaining to another receptionist about the fact that he had been at the hotel for 3 days and that the TV in his room was still not working despite having complained each day. From there, we took the elevator, which was painted red in the company colors. However, there was a 2 - 3 square inch section of the red paint that had flaked off revealing part...
