"Everything was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the fire pit outside and the fireplace inside."

"It was a great location"

"We recently stayed here for three nights over a holiday weekend. Overall, we had a good experience and the staff provided friendly service throughout our stay. One thing we appreciated was the breakfast. Most mornings there was a good variety of food, which made it easy to find something different each day. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Some of the lights in our room were not working when we arrived. We chose not to request a room change because it wasn't a major...

"Stayed in a large suite and it was great. Lots of room for our family of 7. Pool and hot tub were clean and fun. Breakfast was so satisfying. Will be back when in the area."

"Friendly staff and decent rooms. Some of the towels should be taken out of the rotation."

"My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was more than anticipated and everyone working at the hotel was pleasant and helpful."

"Rooms are clean and staff was nice. They charge parking fee which wasn't expected."

"Location to where I'm going"

"3 issues: Very early AM hotel wide fire alarm caused by oil sprayed on a waffle iron. Sink in our room drained very slowly. Overheated ballast in non-functioning fluorescent fixture that was very hot. Fire risk???"

"Older property that has had some updates done. Staff was excellent and the room was clean. Loved that it is dog friendly as well as reasonably priced."

"In an area just outside of town and off the main highway so it was quiet. Minimal breakfast options but there are good restaurants nearby in Watkins Glen. We would stay here again for sure!"

"The room has bad smell."

"The breakfast wasn’t that good"

"Liked the location of the property - close to Horseheads restaurants, etc.. Like others have posted, it can be a little difficult to locate in the dark, but once you've figured that out it's fine. Staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help out. The room was clean and everything functioned well. The fitness center isn't an actual fitness center, but if you need that you can make the short trek to Horseheads Planet Fitness. About a 20–25-minute trip to wineries at the south end...

"Clean room, good breakfast and Helpful staff"

"The young man who checked us in was vety friendly and nice. My room had mold around the ceiling. Didn't notice it, just thought it was dust, until I was sick for 2 days and then thought to look closer. Other than that, the room and hotel was clean and nice. My friend had room right next to mine and hers did not have mold."
