"This hotel was an absolute 5/5 and easily one of the highlights of our trip to Florence. The property itself is stunning and full of charm. We loved that the hotel was once a beautiful historic home, and the thoughtful touches they made to preserve its history and character did not go unnoticed. "Very unique place. Not a hotel for starters. When you arrive ring the bell. When you hear a buzz a low one open the door. Big old dusty area. You are going to the 4th floor. Elevator if that’s what you want to call it straight ahead. Only 2 people and 2 bags that’s it. Area is 6 rooms in total. Has a small kitchen and sitting area. Water and other drinks available including tea and coffee. Nice touch Rooms are a good size ours was the biggest with the best view. Get that one nice...

"The property is in a good location, the apartment is clean but it has plumbing issues! One bathroom had clogged sink and shower drain, the shower basin filled with smelly water on the last night. If you are a lite sleeper this isn’t the place for you! Very noisy area! Overall ok"

"Great apartment with high ceilings and modern amenities. Quiet street with good local restaurants nearby. One detail that could be improved is the floor in the shower was not sloped correctly for proper drainage flow. Not a major issue but could/should be resolved in the future.
