"The facility primarily catered to families down on their luck who had vouchers of some kind, to get out of the weather a do their laundry. The laundry (only one) was on the ground floor, backed up with waiting mothers and kids the entire time I was there. There was no pool or fitness center. The hallways were filled with screeching kids running up and down."

"Breakfast was really good! And location is great too. We stayed for 4 nights and they only serviced our room one of the days. Perhaps you need to request your room to be cleaned."
