"Came for Derby and paid a very high price for this place, ($600/night!) Way overpriced for the quality of hotel. If you want to sleep in the middle of a freeway and listen to it all night, this is your place. Also, the in room amenities are non-existent. There is a little coffee maker but they give you paper cups and only one pre-filled coffee filter per day! We will not be coming back."

"Room was clean! Nice! What I am disappointed with is the airport shuttle!!! Promoted as 24 hours availability, but not saying it is shared with other hotels!! I called from my room to order the ride, arrived in the lobby as the first of a set looking to get the shuttle to the airport; as I waited I observed the shittle at the hotel across the street at the Hampton. The shuttle then headed to the airport without me and zero communication. In the interest of my own timeliness I hired anUBER and...

"The property was like new, very clean and nice looking. The workmanship in the rooms was suspect. No sliding door stops or bumpers, so door handles hit door frames. Sliders in bathroom shower was noisy and door did not fully close. Breakfast was understaffed and cups, plates, coffee and food not replenished. The property was nice, rooms and bed comfortable.. The need for focusing on customers and room details created a good rating from an excellent rating!"
