"The decorations and decorating in this unique property was truly beautiful!! Reminded us of our travels to San Miguel de Allende in the state of Guanajuato. Only one thing we didn’t like was that you could hear all the conversations of people having breakfast upstairs. Some people were really loud speakers!! I guess nothing you can do about that?!! "we stayed at this property for 10 days and from start to finish they treated us like a royalty. The concierge were great and helped with everything. The housekeeper kept that property so clean it was insane and the restaurant was five star. We’ve stayed in PVR many times before and this was one of our best stays if not our best. We will definitely be staying here again and I can’t wait."

"The whole facility was lovely. The only niggle was the our room didn't have a door to the toilet, we might be married but there are still some things we like to keep separate lol. Otherwise the location, room, pool area, cleanliness, welcome bottles of water and wine, bedding etc etc were all high quality."

"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is small and quiet. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We were lucky to have a jacuzzi installed while there and used it a few times. Very clean plus the coffee was delicious. We had problems with our AC the last 2 nights we were there but the staff quickly offered us a new room to sleep in. The cleaning staff always left our room super clean. The only thing I wish we had was a small refrigerator in our room. The stairs are a great way to get your exercise...
