Gentile Sig.ra Antonia, Grazie di aver soggiornato presso la nostra struttura. Ci fa molto piacere che abbia gradito la nostra prima colazione, i nostri servizi ed il nostro personale. Ci dispiace che non abbia trovato la sua camera comoda, sarà nostra premura verificare le sue osservazioni. La testata del suo letto presenta un piccolissimo graffio e nessuna rottura. Quanto all'aria condizionata, come scritto in camera e detto verbalmente viene automaticamente esclusa dall'apertura di balcone e/o finestra. Questa misura fa parte dell'ampio programma di sostenibilità ecologica applicato dalla struttura, anche questo descritto articolatamente in camere sotto il titolo "Il Victoria Palace si tinge di verde" . Ci dispiace che abbia ritenuto la tariffa applicata alta, in verità è di gran lunga al di sotto del prezzo medio applicato da strutture a 4 stelle in luglio inoltrato, come lei da viaggiatrice abituale apprezzerà. Chiaramente, non lo indico per rispetto della sua riservatezza. La ringrazio ancora e porgo, Cordiali Saluti
