"Great hotel!"

"Very clean room, staff was friendly, breakfast was acceptable, parking was plenty and felt safe, location was a bit far from steward beach but it was worth it for the good hotel stay. The only thing I can complain is pillows were too big, and hotel did not have smaller ones, so my neck hurt a bit since I’m a small person, but they did provide a throw blanket to fold and use as a small pillow, so they at least tried to help me."

"The Staff were very welcoming and friendly, the breakfast was included and was absolutely delightful!!!! Over all I was very impressed."

"The flooring is damaged, there was a fan in the hallway on the floor, the wifi was down, and the light fixtures had some kind rusty wear and tear on it. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The night clerk was very hospitable. I did get a message the weekend before saying they had wifi problems but hoped it would be restored by the time I arrived. It wasn’t."

"You get what you pay for with this property. It's just a place to sleep and not much else. The staff wasn't super helpful with questions. The hotel has a run down feel about it. There is mold on the walls, etc. The good thing about it is that it's across the street from the ocean. There are only a couple of restaurants near by and one of them closed super early. It's kind of far from anything else. If location matters to you, then this is not the place to stay."

"The shower was so small I couldn’t even turn around in it. The “continental breakfast” was beyond lackluster. They didn’t even have any fruit!"

"As soon as me and my family arrived the front desk lady was not very nice she seemed like she was in a hurry to leave and our room that we got it was just not what we expected there was alot of hair in the bed restroom floor and your not going to believe it but there was also lots of hairs in the small fridges. Im just a little disappointed because you would expect a decent clean room for something expensive that it costed me. Im sorry but I dont recommend this hotel."

"Amazing staff! Very clean and included parking. Room had everything we needed and more. My daughter lost her toothbrush and the front desk provided her one, at no charge. Breakfast was great! Loved the balcony view. Would definitely book here again."

"When checking in. Hotel staff greeted with a friendly smile. Front desk Rianna checked us in. Explain, the hotel stay and its amenities to us. Checked in room, room had a view of the seawall. It was beautiful and room was clean. Our stay was amazing! We will be back."

"The room was clean but the A/c was on the fritz it would either be extremely cold or extremely hot. The facilities were overall clean. The complimentary breakfast was very good. They had a wide selection of food for the kids and everything in the food section was clean."

"Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. For the price it is really nice. Location couldn’t be better- from the beach it is literally steps across the parking lot. Our room was huge and would easily have fit several blowup mattresses. We had a king size room on the 5th floor- balcony and view of the water. Everything felt updated and new. Breakfast was waffles, bagels, etc., with meat on the weekends. Walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Kroger next-door. Easy parking and comfortable bed."

"Do not book this place. It looked like a run down motel. The only good thing about it were the staff they were very polite. For it being so close to the water you would think it would have been well maintained."
