"Clean room, great staff, service was excellent, breakfast was good. Outdoor pool, self laundry facilities and computer room were available but we didn't use them."

"The Hotel was comfortable, nice with a friendly,helpful staff. The location was inconvenient, far away from activities or choice of dinning. The main road was very busy, not noisy however making it difficult to cross the road at times. The best part of this hotel is the sea wall blvd. Breathtaking views , you can enjoy a pleasant walk along the wall. "

"The ceiling in the hallways are stained with rust and mold. The hallways smell of marijuana. The elevator was broken and had to use the stairs to and from the 3rd floor with luggage. "

"Well when we got there we were informed that they no longer served breakfast which was one of my reasons for picking the place. The fitness gym only had one working machine. The room was comfortable although the tv was small and the pool was nice although where the gate to get in is anyone could just go in it. House keeping were very nice. It was an ok stay but i doubt if we will ever stay here again "

"Rooms were absolutely disgusting! Bugs in bathroom, and around couch! Stains all over the carpet/lamp/couch/bedding, disgusting! We had other family staying in different rooms and they were all disgusting! Doesn’t seem like staff care at all to clean! Will not stay here again. Prices are way higher then some places around the same area and definitely cleaner. "

"Housekeeping never made the bed. The only reason I knew housekeeping came in was because my garbage was taken out. I even got nervous because who takes the garbage and not make the bed? The front office was very accommodating and professional. "

"Front desk associate was very helpful and pleasant. Quickly addressed my concern and was very apologetic. "

"Shower and toilet didn’t work well as far as flushing and the tub didn’t drain"

"Everything was great! My daughter and granddaughter were with me. We had a king bed and sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper wasn’t very comfortable but we layered a few blankets and it was fine. But the room itself had a vanity with a sink outside the bathroom as well as in the bathroom so it was great for 3 women."

"Ocean was visible from the room which was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Claudia at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. "
