"The staff is very nice. The hotel is very clean and the free putt putt was fun. We have stayed there twice since January and would stay here again. Our car was kept safe the whole week we were gone on our cruise."

"Staff were horrible. Couldn’t stay off their phones. We were locked out of our room twice. Wasn’t a concern of the staff at ALL!
They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience while I had to leave my niece and 2 granddaughters on the 3rd floor to get that fixed for the SECOND time!
The hotel should be condemned. There is severe water damage and cracking to the building. The shower panels are being held up by screws! An all around disgusting mess of a hotel."

"The room had 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no backup rolls. We had to go to the desk to get one.
The room had two queen beds, so it could have slept 4, but there were only 2 towels.
The bathtub had a shampoo bottle lid in it from a previous guest as well as some black unidentifiable thing in the tub.
There was an ice bucket but no cups. An ironing board but no iron. Their “breakfast” was a small tray of button size muffins. They didn’t even have napkins!
The room was very noisy - like we were...
