"Amazing breakfast! Staff was very friendly, and very accommodating. Room was quite hot though. We were informed our room had only a heater (which we obviously turned off) and evenings were very warm."

"We had the room with the open air bath which was great. The temperature could have been higher but it was plenty warm. The staff were helpful but ultimately gave us the wrong information for the restaurants on 2 of the 3 days. The shuttle service does not run from Ostu station and despite me telling them that’s where we will be, we ultimately found out that it’s the wrong station and ended up taking a taxi.
