"Room is clean but making of room seems a bit too slow. Staff are polite and helpful. Location of hotel is very convenient with easy access to Kyoto Station and local buses as well as airport limousines. Lots of choices for restaurants in the surrounding area. This is my second stay in the hotel with more to come in the future."

The bathroom was excellent, with a wonderful shower. Free amenities and fantastic staff made the stay even better. The hotel’s bakery was extraordinary. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!"
