"I booked this hotel because they advertised an indoor pool. Only after I paid And they emailed a confirmation did they mention the pool is closed. I immediately Tried to reach out to cancel the booking but the reception was also closed. I then contacted Hotels.com who said I could only cancel through their reception but this was impossible since the reception was closed. I’ve called and emailed with no reply. "

"Many items missing from kitchen, but the necessary were provided on asking [nice!]. The advertised coffee maker was not in the room [or any room, we were told]. The couch was quite stained and ugh, but dining table and chairs were good. It was fine for last-minute-found/stay."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location is superb, right in front of the Roman amphitheatre, just a short walk from the station. The room was very well equipped and comfortable, everything worked fine, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We noticed no noise from inside the hotel. There was some from the adjacent building site, but only during working hours and this was not a problem. If visiting Nimes again we would certainly be happy to stay here. "
