"We had a lovely, relaxing stay at K Modern. We stayed in the smart apartment on the hotel property. It was clean and we appreciated the room being made up and towels being replaced daily. The apartment had a lovely little kitchen but we didn't use that. The fridge was very useful however. The only 2 niggles were that in an alcove in the room there were cut off pipes coming out of the wall which looked unsightly and obviously the room must not be completely finished. "The room was clean and comfortable. However, the swimming pool was not open all day and as we were there for one night that was very disappointing . Especially as no mention of this was made at reception the morning as we checked in. The children's playgrounds (3) were also very basic and not much for a 4 year to do when the pool was closed!"
