"The whole property just smells of really intense urine. It’s so bad that it made me feel sick. They do not clean the puddles or urine outside the hotel so you can actually smell when you are getting close to the hotel when you are walking outside. Our room also stank like urine and when we asked for a new room the new “clean” room had the lasts guests trash still there. If you enjoy smelling month old urine from many people stacked up and 10xed that’s stained into the concrete the you should...

"Hotel was in a good location, many subway stations in walking distance. Different subway stations to use to go to LGA as well. Great restaurants & bars in the area. Quiet at night Clean rooms & bathrooms, staff was nice & helpful. Only downside would be the wait for the elevators, longest I’ve had to wait was 5-10 minutes."

"No complementary coffee plus they charge a fee %96 ,just because the room was never cleaned and I purchased a coffee at the bar and the employee try adding a tip with out my consent"

"La habitación estaba limpia así como el hotel, diario limpiaron la habitación; buena ubicación si quieres estar cerca de time square y la entrada del metro a unos metros. El único detalle fue la falta de personal en front desk, había mucha gente para hacer check in y solo una persona haciéndolo, no podíamos conectar al wifi y tampoco había concierge para ayudarnos."

"The property was under renovation, I got stuck on an elevator and my room never went lower than 73 degrees in temperature! Avoid this place like the plague! The staff were very friendly though!"
