"I would actually give a zero for the service if that was an option. There were some complications with registration. One of our party was eventually allowed into the room. Then, just after he had fallen asleep, a clerk went to his room and told him he had to leave. They did eventually decide to let him stay after another e-mail they let him stay, but the damage was done. They were so focused on some perceived rule that they lost sight of the person."

"The hotel is dated but the room was clean. Lighting was harsh LED on the blue end of the spectrum making the surroundings that much less inviting/relaxing. The breakfast is standard ultraprocessed fare common in American hotel chains across North America and the Carribean. If you need to be close to the airport and you plan to find healthy food elsewhere it's an ok option. "

"We stayed for 7 days. Room only clwaned 2 time's. Was not informed about a 60 dollar a day fee for parking our rental until we checked in. Other fees we were told for riding the elevator. We ate in one restaurant and food over priced and not good. Also service fee added on each tab for tip but still expecting tip after 18 percent gratuity. Not worth the price paid and hipe.

"staff! Ugh we were so disappointed ... we were excited to return but it was a bummer. front desk did great I had to upgrade bc we had an additional guest but they gave some perks to offset cost bc i am a gold member. the beach guy was horrible - the towel olicy so tacky and the beach guy wouldnt get our towels but he got everyone around us theirs I shouldnt have tipped him but ... I will not be ging back there they took a 5 star memory and turned it into 2 stars... bummer."
