"The room was large, comfortable and spotless. The front desk was efficient and very polite in difficult circumstances due to a snowstorm interrupting air travel for many people returning from cruises.
The highlight of your facility by far, was the friendly, upbeat man working as bartender and waiter on the evening shift! He was wonderful under pressure dealing with a lot of people - many disgruntled because of trip interruptions.
Kudos to him (I hate that I forgot his name). "

"This is just what we needed. The staff was very friendly. The bed was firm but good and the showers were hot after a long day on the beach. The heated pool was a bonus! The little things like the hotel proving basic amenities which we didn’t have to pack and as many clean beach towels that’s included in the resort tax. "
