"Absolutely dirty. Nothing was cleaned. The bathroom was the worst. Mirror wasn't even clean. Floors squished out water because the fan didn't work. Since the exhaust fan didnt work there was a slimy film of dirt running down the walls as well. Mold growing on ceiling leaving me super sick. Holes in. The walls and doors. The bathroom window was taped together. The room smelled like moldy cigarette smoke. Bedding was dirty with burn holes. We went and got new blankets and sheets and pillows...

"Overall good place to stay if staying just for night."

"The breakfast was a big letdown. Pancake maker was broken, apple juice was watered down. Just oatmeal, bagels, cereal, toast, and hard boiled eggs. No bacon, scrambled eggs, or sausages. Coffee was decent."

"This hotel is directly off route 80. We stayed the night on our way back to NY. Room was small, hotel was old, but clean enough. I knew this from other reviews. No surprises. There is continental breakfast food available 24 hours, but selections are slim and some things did not work (no hot water for tea) Body wash was empty in our room. This place is fine for a quick overnight stay. We really enjoyed the Hop Brothers Brewing for dinner, .2 down the road from motel."

"Exceeded our expectations for an overnight stay. Immaculately clean room, great breakfast with lots of options. Only hiccup was they strictly adhere to check-in time, we arrived early and had to wait, but free coffee was available so it was no big deal!"

"Aurora Inn is a very historic hotel in the heart of Cleveland. We loved staying here when visiting family in the area. There's a beautiful Tavern with outdoor deck. We loved having the indoor swimming pool, sauna and outdoor deck chairs to relax. I'd recommend staying here an using the Expedia site to book. I saved over $100/night using Expedia site."

"The staff were very nice but the rooms are honestly just gross. The blinds had holes all over them looking like they had been eaten through by something and the amount of hair all over the floors and towels that was not mine was crazy. Wouldn’t stay there again."

"It was a really nice hotel and the staff was really kind, especially to my young son. The AC didn’t work that great in my room and it was so humid! But other than that it was a nice spot and I probably would stay again"

"Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"

"The hotel was clean however the housekeeping never came to clean room during my 2 night stay. After coming back after business after dinner was too tired to have it serviced. Additionally I booked since the spa and pool but not in service the entire stay. I reported this upon checkout and was only told sorry. It would’ve been better business to at least provide some sort of comp for the issues. Also coffee was out on second day at front where guests scrambling to get bar to refill it. The hotel...
