"When we checked in, it was not properly cleaned. There was a toothbrush and some other toiletries that were there from the previous person that had not been cleaned up.
There was no sheet on the bed, just a down comforter.
Nobody came to clean the room when we got back in the early evening. At that point, we just asked for some towels."

"Convenient place and good for families. Breakfast was excellent. Two of the four elevators were down the two days we were there which was a huge inconvenience. The self parking garage is not just for the hotel but for the whole block. Make sure you pay for parking through the hotel and confirm with the hotel staff that it is in the garage managements system as well.
The hotel staff were nice and responsive. Would go there again."

"We loved character of the building and the proximity to downtown. However the hotel was not as secure as others. Anyone from the public could access elevators. Also a $25 amenities fee was attached for cookies, water, and bikes. We did not need or use any of these."

"Hyatt was ok. I initially booked after my flight got cancelled, and I saw they had an indoor pool. The pool was small, the water was cold and you couldn’t even use the pool unless you didn’t mind children’s swimming lessons ,according to the sign, take place every night until 8pm, which is when the pool closes. On the listing, it showed breakfast included, but it’s included if you pay for it. The room was ok. The bed was comfortable."

"Rooms are on the small side, but are clean. There are a few games to play in the lobby, and a few places to eat. Didn't realize I had to put down $100 deposit per night, so that did eat into our budget. The pool and hot tub had to have a reservation, so we were not able to use them. Great location!"
