Khách sạn Garlate

"good place"

"The hotel is located at a beautiful spot overlooking lake Como, stunning views. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms. However the hotel is extremely difficult to navigate, very confusing set up with various entrances, staircases and elevators. Difficult to get luggage in and out."

"Il soggiorno è stato perfetto"

"Convenient and clean"

"Incredible hotel and location, Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were the highlight of the stay, everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly, went above and beyond for our stay including an out of hours sandwich being made even though kitchen was closed due to our late arrival. Breakfast was tasty and included a large selection. Sadly due to our timings we were unable to experience the SPA but we will be returning for this."

"The residence is around 25–30 minutes above Lecco and offers stunning scenery, peaceful surroundings, friendly staff, and a freshly cooked breakfast made to order. The online reviews are accurate, and both the hotel and previous guests strongly recommend travelling by car, as taxis can cost €35–45 each way and many firms are reluctant to travel up to the property. "This is not a great hotel to say the least. The room was dirty, rusty and moldy and had cracks in the wood. We booked 4 night and left after the first one. Breakfast was dull and the gym is very basic. Wouldn’t recommend at all."

"It was an okay room and hotel, we found the room cold and even the heater in the bathroom was not working properly. Fine for one night stays..."

"Exactly what’d you’d expect from a luxury hotel by the lakeside. Great welcoming staff, great amenities and food. The price is up there but you really get what you pay for and the view is an experience all in itself"

"We would definitely back to stay here. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we had on our trip and the staff were very helpful. The property is well maintained and rooms were big enough for a family. The location is well connected"

"Nice breakfast, clean room, very helpful staff, beautiful garden, amazing Christmas decoración !"

"Swimming pool closes too early from 6pm, and only opens from 8am. It would be better if sooner opening and later closing."

"Very good breakfast and covered parking included!"

"Nice setting and quiet . Good breakfast. But…… Advertisement for bicycle rental, they had ONE bicycle. Sauna…. Locked not working. Window was 15 feet up, couldn’t obviously see outside. No AC heat control No fan control No knock on door for cleaning, they just walk in."
