"This vacation we planned to stay a week and stayed five weeks. It has a beautiful pool and the gardens and turtle pool are amazing. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day if you want. The staff is always available. Coffee, bottled water and bathroom supplies are attended to everyday. Clean towels are given out every morning. There is a restaurant on the property which serves delicious meals. We will be returning again for several weeks."

"Rooms: comfortable bed/pillows/sheets/towels, good shower, spacious, lovely balcony. Pools were great. Poolside service excellent. Food was tasty. Seaside massage was amazing! (Ask for the RMT’s certificate so you can claim it through insurance.) It’s worth it to get the premium level upgrade. The only con is that the beach is really small and the riptide is strong, so swimming can be challenging and “long walks on the beach” are not happening. The town of Mismaloya is also not very walkable....

I was originally supposed to stay at my father-in-law’s house, but from the second I got there, everything went wrong. By the time I checked into the Pueblo Hotel, I hadn’t slept in almost two days and hadn’t even had a chance to shower I desperately needed peace. I booked the hotel the same day and arrived just a couple of hours later. While waiting for my room, I was able to relax on their rooftop...
