"Paid for two rooms, but one of the rooms had a bad smell. They said theyd take care of it while we were out for dinner. I came back to the room unannounced to an ozone machine running at 8:30pm. You cant be in a room with ozone running for a minumum of 4 hours and in most cases its recommneded 24 hrs or more with limited airflow, like in a hotel. The night manager, minimized it and would not give us a dofferent room or money back. "

"The woman who was taken care of serving breakfast and helping take care of guests was incredibly helpful and kind. She was just terrific. She really went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and she was walking around and helping everyone as they ate their meal. It really stood out to me how much she loved her job."

"Hotel was nice and clean and didn't have that funny smell like some do once in your room. Bed was comfortable after long day of driving it was easy to fall right to sleep. Staff was friendly and majority were eager to help. Easily accessible from interstate, grocery store and gas station right up the road."

"Good breakfast, very comfortable bed, decent neighborhood, spacious king suite. Hotel is nonsmoking but hallways smelled like cigars. Could hear noise from upstairs room like furniture being dragged. Would be nice if the bedroom doors had doorknobs and a lock. Besides that, would stay again."
