The room was clean and cozy. We had the room with the fireplace. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The hotel location is very convenient and close to restaurants and shops. My husband enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit in the evenings. Lobby is inviting with the fireplace. Great place for a getaway in the mountains.

Location, location and location. The location is excellent 3 min walk to Ober mountain and 5 min walk to Skypark, also very close to Howard's restaurant and Cherokee Grille, awesome dinning options. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and always available to help and give local tips to explore the best way possible. The option of having breakfast for $12 (Buffet style) at hotel was very helpful and fair. Cleanness was very good and amenities awesome. I really recommend it and will stay there again when coming back in Summer to enjoy the ziplines.
