"Room was clean, but very tired, dark and dated. Paint peeling off ceiling in bathroom. Grouting and caulking was dirty or damage around tub. Also, noise travels very easily."

"Ask for a room on the opposite side of the highway. It’s worth the extra bit of money. Kelowna traffic is relentless and all hours. Sound carries in through the room."

"Glad I brought my slippers, couldn’t really tell how dirty the floor was until I spilled some water and wiped it up. Room was nice, could use a bit of updating. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special at all. I would probably check other hotels if I stayed in Kelowna again, knowing housekeeping wasn’t up to par leaves me wanting a bit for for a hotel stay."

"This place was not ready to be open. They had nothing in the room, no chairs no proper phone. They don’t even have a duvet cover. They just use two top sheets with the duvet in between there was no hot water all the amenities pool fitness centre are shut down and they didn’t let you know that also I was the only one staying in the whole hotel with one other worker the vibes were horrible. I ended up leaving at 9:30 PM."

"Everything was fine except when gym sanitizing wipes empty, and I requested they be replaced, this not completed for at least 2 days - unknown if ever completed. Gross. I can’t clean the gym equipment from my own sweat or others…."
